Since 2006, Atriensis has been advising and supporting housing corporations and their supply chain partners with more than 100 expert and motivated people on all issues relating to the energy and sustainability of social resources. Secretly in love with real estate

PACER is an engineering and consultancy firm specializing in project, contract and risk management. We are based in Utrecht and Rotterdam but operate throughout the Netherlands.

Challenging projects:
Our consultants are involved in various projects, on the client or contractor side, including:
• Dry and wet infrastructural projects such as Room for the River and the Uithof Line;
• Large complex utility projects such as the new construction of RIVM;
• Projects within the offshore as Windmill Park Aberdeen;
• Urgent projects including the Merwedebrug and Stuw Grave.
As a consultant you ensure that these projects are realized within time and budget in a role as technical project manager, contract manager or risk manager.
